Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Free of damage, stains, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of Purchase
A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to process a return.

Please include your order number and reason for return so we can assist you quickly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label when appropriate.
Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect → We cover return shipping
- For all other returns → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Exchanges
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want.
How it works:

- Once approved, you’ll receive your refund
- Place a new order anytime
Price Differences:
- If the new item costs more → you pay the difference
- If it costs less → we refund the difference
Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to make a change?

- We’ll do our best to update or cancel before it ships
Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale items
- Worn or damaged items
Gifts
If your item was sent as a gift:
- The recipient may request store credit once the return is approved
- Contact us with the purchaser’s name so we can locate the order
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first:
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
